Yoga is for everyone, and not for the ego!
It can be practiced on and off the mat, regardless of age, gender and ability. I facilitate students’ personal and unique journeys in a relatable and unique style.
Students may simply want to exercise, increase flexibility, decrease stress or just discover the meaning of life. There is no right or wrong way to practice. I offer my students constructive suggestions giving them the tools they need to transform body, mind and soul.
Practicing with awareness and peeling back the layers that no long serve us, can reveal a more healthy and authentic identity. This can ultimately transform us into individuals we never thought possible.
